•⁠ ⁠Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

•⁠ ⁠Any illegal stuff like consuming DRUGS OR SUBSTANCES not allowed if found should checkout at earliest.

•⁠ ⁠Children aged 5 to 10 years will be charged at 70%, while those above 10 years will be charged at the full rate..

•⁠ ⁠All guests are required to provide a valid ID Proof (PAN CARD is not acceptable).

•⁠ ⁠Pets are allowed.

•⁠ ⁠No laundry service available.

•⁠ ⁠⁠No loud music is allowed as the property is located on the forest buffer zone.

•⁠ ⁠Quite Hours 10.30PM till 07.00AM

•⁠ ⁠Parents need to be extra careful with their children to ensure no damage to the property or no disturbance to the other guests.

•⁠ ⁠You will be held responsible for any damage caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless behavior on the premises of the homestay. This includes damages to mattresses, towels, bed sheets, bedspreads, blankets due to body oils, makeup, shoe polish, vomit, or any related stains, etc.
